First Cook (Three Quarter)
This position is responsible for preparation of residential meals, ensuring consistent and timely production, quality, quantity and presentation of hot and cold foods.  This cook also leads co-workers in production. High school graduate or GED equivalent required; culinary arts degree preferred or equivalent experience/training in an institutional environment.  ServSafe certification preferred. Must be able to do simple math calculations and convert recipes. Demonstrated experience as a second cook in a similar size operation for a minimum of one year, with knowledge of quantity food production in accordance with current principles, practices, methods and materials 

Lead Host
This position serves in a lead role in managing front-of-the-house operations in the dining hall, including all aspects of service and adherence to sanitation standards. High school graduate or GED preferred.  ServSafe certification preferred. Minimum of one-year food service required, including experience in a supervisory position.  Must be capable of doing basic math calculations.  Basic computer skills preferred.

Staff Assistant (Position closed: October 29, 2014)
Primarily responsible for assisting counselors, students and parents by performing office functions for the College Counseling Office and processing college application materials.  High School graduate or GED required.  College course work preferred.  Minimum 3 years administrative experience.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems.  Knowledge of Naviance Succeed, Datatel and Business Objects a plus.  Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task with efficiency in a fast paced environment. This position involves independent decision-making and professional judgment. A strict adherence to confidential policies is required.

TEMPORARY - Childcare Teacher
Co-teach in planning and implementing early childhood instruction in accordance with the Reggio Emilia philosophy.  The successful candidate will develop a well-rounded curriculum that meets the social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs of each child.  Associates or Bachelor's Degree with at least twelve credits in education/development including 3 credits in human growth and development and three years' experience working with infants and young children preferred. Must have CPR and First Aid training or be willing to get certification. Previous experience with infants, toddlers and/or pre-school age children required.  Must be able to communicate well with children, parents and other staff.  Proven ability to multi-task and shift priorities frequently.  Must possess the ability to teach in a team atmosphere with high energy, flexibility, and patience. 

TEMPORARY - Custodian - FT hours (accepting applications through 10/15/14)
Ensures that the assigned building and surrounding areas provide comfort, safety and a homelike atmosphere through effective cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance.  High school diploma or GED preferred.  Previous custodial experience preferred.  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
