Associate Director of College Counseling
To support the mission of the College Counseling Office – to foster active and open-minded collaboration with students in order to identify their goals and interests, manage a complex and stressful process, and make healthy and confident decisions about higher education.  Requires excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills.  Must be computer literate with word processing skills, spreadsheet experience, electronic submission of secondary school materials, and web based tools.  Requires a broad knowledge of policy and procedures regarding college recruiting programs as well as the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.  Involves independent decision-making and professional judgment.  Must be detail oriented, organized, have an interest in ongoing improvement and problem solving and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while handling moderate to heavy pressure from a variety of constituents.

Host (Full Time)
Hosts are responsible for the coordination of food and supplies necessary for meal services, and for the operation of the dining area assigned, including the arrangement, cleaning and condition of furnishings and equipment. High school graduate or GED preferred. ServeSafe Certification preferred; training available.  Must be able to read and write and perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of food presentation and the use of appropriate equipment and tools preferred.

Host (Three Quarter Time)

Program Coordinator (Summer School)
To provide program coordination, office support and facilitate the smooth functioning of the Summer School Office and programs. Full-time, 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Hours will include Saturday mornings during the summer session. Schedule may vary according to Academy needs. College degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum five years office experience required. Strong writing, proofreading, typing skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems and Colleague. Must possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task with efficiency. A pleasant, professional phone manner is also required. This position requires independent decision-making and mature judgment in addressing student-related issues. Requires a strict adherence to confidentiality policies.

Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst provides analytical and accounting support for the Academy's investment portfolio and is responsible for the Academy's insurance program and provides budget and other general financial analysis support. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.  Five to ten years of experience, preferably including accounting and financial analysis roles. Experience with alternative investments and insurance preferred.  Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and strong Excel skills.  Demonstrated ability to learn and master complex concepts and systems quickly.
