Acting Associate Director of Communications
Temporary position mid-March to mid-June 2012; schedule may vary according to Academy needs.  This person will oversee the Academy's comprehensive strategic publications program.  This includes but is not limited to The Exeter Bulletin and the Academy's quarterly alumni/ae magazine.  Bachelor's degree in writing, journalism, English or a related field and eight year's experience in publications development, management and production, preferably in the area of institutional advancement. An understanding of the field of education and independant education is also desired.

Director of Planned Giving
The Director plans, organizes and implements the Planned Giving operation. The Director's responsibility is to establish and manage a comprehensive marketing, solicitation, and stewardship effort for all deferred gifts, and to coordinate the work of the Class based Planned Giving Chairs. Manager of Grounds/Automotive
Serves as the primary functional area manager for Academy grounds - including landscape, hardscape, athletic fields, and undeveloped land.  The position is also responsible for natural resources operations, garage operations including equipment and vehicle fleet, and ice rink operations. Valid driver's license required. Bachelor degree required, preferably in the areas of horticulture, forestry or a related field.
