First Cook (On-Call)
This on-call position is responsible for preparation of residential meals, ensuring consistent and timely production, quality, quantity and presentation of hot and cold foods.  This cook also leads co-workers in production.  High school graduate or GED equivalent required; culinary arts degree preferred or equivalent experience/training in an institutional environment.  ServSafe certification preferred. Must be able to do simple math calculations and convert recipes.  Demonstrated experience as a second cook in a similar size operation for a minimum of one year, with knowledge of quantity food production in accordance with current principles, practices, methods and materials.

Groundsperson - (part-time, 2 positions)
Maintains and preserves the Academy's physical environment to ensure a clean, safe appearance and functional condition for those visiting, working on, and using the main campus, Academy woods, parking areas and trails. Valid operator's license and ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle required.

Lifeguard
Observe swimmers and enforce regulations in the guarding of life and the prevention of accidents at the Academy's swimming pool.  Must hold current certifications in lifeguarding.

Medication Nurse
The Medication Nurse works independently, under the direction of the Director of Nursing, to manage medication distribution and tracking, providing nursing care to students in an efficient and pleasant manner.  RN with current nursing license.  Two years previous experience working with adolescents in a healthcare setting.  Proven ability to communicate well with others Knowledge of psychotropic medication preferred.  Must be computer proficient with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. 

Stewardship Writer - Summer Position
Assemble information and draft reports to alumni/ae and friends on recipients of financial aid awards, prizes, college scholarships, and other people and programs as requested. Demonstrate ability to write at a professional level.  Prior professional writing experience is desired, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising capacity.  Possess excellent writing and organizational skills with attention to detail and critical thinking skills.  Mastery of Word and proficiency with Excel.  Requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies; involves independent decision making and professional judgment.
