Central Receiving/Helper (On-Call): Position Closes: January 5, 2015
Provides central receiving, distribution, inventory and warehouse related services. Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum two years warehouse/inventory experience is required.
Custodian (On-Call) - Position Closes: January 5, 2015
Ensures that the assigned building and surrounding areas provide comfort, safety and a homelike atmosphere through effective cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of a dormitory or other assigned area. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous custodial experience preferred. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. To perform the essential functions of the job, the following applies: requires standing, stretching, bending, walking, lifting and transporting a minimum of 50 lbs. Requires climbing stairs and working off ladders.
First Cook (On-Call) - Position Closes: January 5, 2015
This position reports as needed and is responsible for the preparation of residential meals throughout each meal period, ensuring consistent and timely production, quality, quantity and presentation of a variety of foods for the menu, including soups, casseroles, stir fries, fish, meats, gravies and sauces, cold foods, and vegetables. Dining Services' focus is on nourishing the Academy's community of students, faculty and families, staff and guests through culinary excellence with emphases on the community's physical and social well-being. The on-call first cook prepares assigned menu items following departmental recipes and event function sheets for each meal period, including entrees, side dishes, accompaniments, soups and breads; following HACCAP policies and procedures for food preparation, safety, and sanitation in food production and service. Further responsibilities include properly utilizing unused food products according to HACCAP procedures, ensuring proper portion control and note food portions used during meals on service records; collaborate with other cooks to maintain proper inventory levels of menu items, practice proper cleaning procedures for all kitchen
equipment and ensure proper sanitation of work areas and all kitchen surfaces.
Head Boys JV Swim Coach - Position Closes: January 5, 2015
Instruct or coach teams and individual students in the fundamentals of sports. Demonstrate techniques and methods of participation. May evaluate athletes' strengths and weaknesses as possible recruits or to improve the athletes' technique to prepare them for competition. High School diploma, college degree preferred. Played sport in high school or college or has reached a level of expertise in the sport as an adult through participation, coaching or through a formal coaching development program.

Hosts are responsible for the coordination of food and supplies necessary for meal services, and for the operation of the dining area assigned, including the arrangement, cleaning and condition of furnishings and equipment. High school graduate or GED preferred. ServeSafe Certification preferred. Must be able to read and write and perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of food presentation and the use of appropriate equipment and tools preferred.

Observe swimmers and enforce regulations in the guarding of life and the prevention of accidents at the Academy's swimming pool. Must hold current certifications in lifeguarding.
Utilities Dishwasher (Part-Time): Position Closes: January 5, 2015
This position performs key functions within the dish area to ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of all flatware, trays, dishware, service ware, glass ware, catering ware and kitchen areas. High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
