Catering Waitstaff (on-call)
On-call position.  This position assists the catering manager and dining hall staff to set up, serve and break down special and catered events on campus ranging in size from 10 to 700+.  Looking for help primarily for the month of May.  Other events are varied throughout year.   Evenings and weekends required.  Prior banquet or restaurant experience preferred.

Custodian (On-Call)
Ensures that the assigned building and surrounding areas provide comfort, safety and a homelike atmosphere through effective cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of a dormitory or other assigned area.  High school diploma or GED preferred.  Previous custodial experience preferred. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. To perform the essential functions of the job, the following applies: requires standing, stretching, bending, walking, lifting and transporting a minimum of 50 lbs.  Requires climbing stairs and working off ladders.

ESA Coordinator (Part-Time)
The Eight Schools Association seeks a part-time coordinator (20 hours per week) to support the collaborative work of the Association and to provide administrative support to the leadership of the ESA.  The individual will help develop existing collaborative work and identify new opportunities to ensure that the schools capitalize on opportunities to work together.  The coordinator reports directly to the president of the ESA, who is beginning a three-year term:  Alex Curtis, Headmaster of Choate Rosemary Hall.  The coordinator will work from home.

Food Service Worker (On-Call)
This position is responsible for the coordination of food and supplies necessary for meal services, and for the operation of the dining area assigned, including the arrangement, cleaning and condition of furnishings and equipment.  Knowledge of food presentation and the use of appropriate equipment and tools preferred.  Experience in an academic institution is also preferred.  ServSafe certification is required. Must be able to obtain certificate within 60 days (attend required class and pass test).

Lifeguard 
Lifeguards are responsible for the health, safety and welfare of those using the Academy′s swimming pool. A lifeguard’s major responsibility is to observe swimmers and enforce regulations in the guarding of life and the prevention of accidents at the Academy′s swimming pool. 

Ensures the safety of patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.

 Cook (On-Call)
This position is responsible for preparation of residential meals, ensuring consistent and timely production, quality, quantity and presentation of hot and cold foods. Mission Statement: A Team of Professionals dedicated to providing quality food service with a personal touch.

Utilities Dishwasher (Part-Time)
This position performs key functions within the dish area to ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of all flatware, trays, dishware, service ware, glass ware, catering ware and kitchen areas.  High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
