- All faxed transcripts will be considered 'unofficial'.
- Transcripts cannot be sent electronically.
- If you wish to replace your PEA diploma, please contact the Dean of Students Office.

While the CCO will occasionally provide support to gap year and transfer applicants, it is our expectation that you have already acquired the skills necessary to complete the college admissions process. Our primary responsibility is to the current student body. We know Exonians are characterized by their ability to think independently, evaluate information critically and utilize appropriate research tools, all of which are necessary to ensure a successful college match.
If you are a recent Exeter alumnus/ae and plan to file a new college application this year (either as a first year student having completed a gap year or as a transfer applicant, please submit a transcript following the guidelines above. The CCO follows the the Principles of Good Practice set by the National Association of College Admissions Counselors. As such, the CCO expects that alumni will self-report their records honestly and fully. Some colleges and universities will ask about discipline issues as part of their application and the Academy's policy is to report this information, as requested.
- Gap Year students: Please let the CCO know how you spent your interim year. If you are deferred from a college or university you must send the CCO a copy of your deferral letter before we process your transcript request. This will ensure that you and the CCO are abiding by the college's conditions for deferment.
- Transfer applicants: As we counsel other students it is very helpful to know why former Exonians consider transferring to another school. To that end, we would appreciate your input and would ask that you respond to the Transfer & Gap Year Questionnaire when it is e-mailed to you in June. Your feedback is both helpful and greatly appreciated.
* If you require an expedited transcript (less than ten business days), you must provide an account number with a designated mail carrier. Please note the Academy is a preferred FedEx vendor with regularly scheduled pickups. To set up an account, go to FedEx.com. (We do not accept credit card numbers for billing purposes.)
