The JV Football Team kicked off its season at Worcester Academy in the 95 degree heat and although they lost 14 - 0, they played a solid game, especially on the defensive side of the ball. It was a success to have held the bigger Worcester team to only 14. On the Offensive side of the ball, the Big Red put together a couple of nice drives but could not cap any with a score. Anthony Baker played his first game as a QB and led the offense with class and composure. Every one of the forty strong played in the game and for many, it was their first ever football game. The Big Red JV take on the Governor's Academy next Wednesday at home.

Tough loss for the JV Team despite a strong effort by all players. See the following photos from the game.
