Overall record: 11 -9

With a lot of new faces in the varsity lineup, regular season highlights included hard fought wins over Deerfield, Brooks School and an exciting 1 point win over St. Paul's School.

Several Exeter wrestlers had outstanding individual seasons led by captains Paul Nagao '09, Julien Dumont '08, and Gregory Vaughan '08, who collectively finished the dual meet season with a combined record of 47-3.

Exeter placed seven wrestlers at the Class A Wrestling Championships where Sam Kishinevski '10 and Eugerie Narcisse '08 placed 6th, Raphael Frankfurter '09 and John Azabuike '09 placed 5th, Paul Nagao and John Neff '09 placed 4th, and Gregory Vaughn took 1st place in his weight division. Greg had an outstanding season that included a 17-0 record in dual meets. He was Champion at the Eight School Tournament, the Northfield Mt. Hermon Holiday Tournament, the Class A Tournament, and the New England Tournament. Greg also earned All-America status when he placed 4th at the Prep National Tournament held at Lehigh University. To show how dominant Greg was in New England this year, he only had one point scored on him the entire season and that was in the finals of the New England Tournament. Congratulations to Greg and the entire team for your success this season.
