Students are involved in many different aspects of Exeter's sustainability efforts, from offering suggestions about design and construction to bringing in visiting lecturers. With four diverse student environmental organizations—Carbon Committee, Environmental Action Committee, Farm and Garden Club, and Environmental Proctors—and several ESSO projects Harold Ryan Society, Blue Ocean Society, and Equestrian Club—students are sure to find the outlet that best suits her/his interests. From phone banking and letter writing for Climate Counts or NH Sierra Club, to working with the Administration on the Climate Pledge, students play an important role in Exeter's campus sustainability program.
