We will also be participating in the New Hampshire Garden's for Giving program, donating a basket of fresh produce to St. Vincent de Paul's Society, the local food pantry, each week.
Currently we have lettuce, onions, peppers, kale, tomatoes, husk cherries, broccoli, eggplant, and more growing in a local greenhouse. In addition to all the planting and soil preparation, we will be building two cold frames, a bean pole teepee, and setting up a rainwater collection barrel and a vermicomposting system. We are also expanding our efforts to include three raised beds at the Harris Family Children's Center. There we will plant peas, spinach, herbs, and flowers.
