Environmental Action Committee
EAC planned a Bike to Work Day this fall in honor of Moving Planet- a rally to move beyond fossil fuels. EAC also took part in planning Food Day held on October 24 to help educate the community about food issues. Currenlty, EAC is working on a bottled water removal campaign and some visibility projects to educate our community.

Focusing on global environmental sustainability issues, the Environmental Action Committee is the oldest student environmental club on campus. Each year EAC chooses different issues on which to focus and conduct educational outreach projects. From diversifying the environmental movement to the effects of factory farming, EAC covers a wide range of topics based on student interest.
