The leadership institute focuses on providing participants with the skills and confidence to guide lasting change and transform school communities. Featuring the collaborative, student-centered methods of Harkness learning, educators will be encouraged to reflect on their own identities, beliefs and leadership styles.

Participants will leave EDLI with goals for the next academic year, access to a microsite with resources, and lasting relationships with the thought partners and collaborators they meet at Exeter.
