Youth from Every Quarter
Educating youth from every quarter has been an Exeter hallmark since its founding in 1781. We continue this tradition today by bringing together talented, curious students from around the world and from all backgrounds to celebrate and learn from each other’s differences. At Exeter, you’ll form genuine relationships with students from many circumstances. Some of your friends will come from cities and families similar to yours, others will open your eyes to entirely different ways of growing up and being.
You can explore and expand at Exeter, whether it’s researching beliefs at Phillips Church – where you can attend Jummah prayer in the afternoon and Shabbat services or Christian fellowship in the evening – or joining one of the more than 15 affinity clubs, such as Gender & Sexuality Alliance, La Alianza Latina or Young Men’s Forum.
Our community prepares Exonians to become citizens of noble character. To value and respect individuals – on Exeter’s campus and wherever they go. And to welcome the world, and their role in it, in all its diversity.
