What am I not permitted to have in my room?

How do I register my bicycle?
You can register your bicycle in person at the office of Campus Safety, Monday-Sunday between 5:00 AM- 10:00 PM, or you can register online. Click here to register your bicycle online.

How do I report a theft?
All thefts should be immediately reported to the office of Campus Safety, ext. 4444.

My Card Access card isn't working. What should I do?
If you swipe your card across the reader and hear a "beep", your card is not defective. It just needs to be reprogrammed. You can have your card reprogrammed by contacting Locksmith Marshal Miller at ext. 4439 Monday-Friday between 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or by contacting the office of Campus Safety at anytime at ext. 4444.

I'm locked out of my room. Whom should I contact?
The fastest way to access your room is by locating your custodian, dorm head, or resident faculty member. They are capable of unlocking all student rooms within the dorm. If they are unavailable, please contact the office of Campus Safety at ext. 4444 and an officer will respond to let you in.

Who should I call if I have an emergency?
Call 911 anytime you sense that you have an emergency (Police, Fire or Ambulance Services). All Academy phones are connected to the local 911 system. Stay on the line and provide your name, location and description of assistance needed. Then, when it is possible, call ext. 4444 and inform campus safetyof the problem.

I've lost my key. How Do I get a replacement?
Temporary replacement keys can be obtained by contacting the Academy Locksmith, Marshal Miller, ext. 4439, Monday - Friday between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
