Springtime Concerts Feature Choral, Orchestral and Band Performances

Exeter, NH (May 14, 2008)—Phillips Exeter Academy’s Music Department will host three springtime concerts with choral and instrumental performances by students, faculty and community members. The Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, Symphonia, Women’s Chorus, Concert Choir, Glee Club, Stage Band, Concert Band and Percussion Ensemble will perform in a series of three concerts on May 18, 20 and 23. All performances will be held in Phillips Church, located on the corner of Tan Lane and Front Street. The concerts are free and open to the public.
The Choral Collage, featuring the Glee Club, Concert Choir, Women’s Chorus and the Chamber Orchestra will perform on Sunday, May 18, at 4 p.m.
The Stage Band, Concert Band and Percussion Ensemble will perform on Tuesday, May 20, at 7 p.m.
The Orchestra Concert, featuring the Symphonia, Symphony Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra will perform on Friday, May 23, at 7 p.m.
