Hours

Our regular school schedule is:

  Monday through Friday
  7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

  Saturday
  7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  Sunday
  1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

However, please note the following exceptions for May:

  Saturday, May 3
  9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  Saturday, May 17
  9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  Saturday, May 24
  9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  Thursday, May 29
  7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  Friday, May 30
  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  Saturday, May 31
  8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  Sunday, June 1 (Graduation Day)
  Closed

Please Note:
Visits to the library must be made during the library's regularly scheduled hours. Visitors should realize that more than 2,000 individuals visit the library each year. It is impossible for us to vary our hours to accommodate visitors' schedules. Advance scheduling is appreciated for group visits. Please call Jacquelyn H. Thomas (603 772-4311, ext. 3328) to find out if the library is open and if it is convenient to bring a large group.

Phillips Exeter Academy embraces the ideal of Universal Access on our campus.  All entrances to the library are accessible, and an elevator, in the back hall off the Mark D. Kaplanoff  '66 Periodicals Room, provides access to upper floors.
