Chamber Music Concert
Wednesday, March 11, 2009
7 pm
Powell Hall
This recital is the culmination of the term's work by chamber music students. In ensembles ranging from trios to quintets, students study masterworks by Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart, Haydn, and other composers. As students work on stylistic awareness they also develop the musical and communication skills necessary for an engaging performance. This recital provides an opportunity for students to explore the intimate and personal language of the chamber music repertoire.
The concert is free of charge and open to the public.
