Academic Schedule
The academic calendar year at Exeter is divided into three terms. Major vacations fall in mid-December, mid-March and early June.
While final exams are less universal at Exeter than at many other schools – faculty in a number of disciplines believe, instead, in continuous assessment (and continuous learning) throughout the term – some courses do culminate in exams of up to 75 minutes.
