Student Exhibitions

The Lamont Gallery provides a variety of opportunities for Exeter students to engage with the arts, from workshops, visiting artists, and class visits, to student exhibitions and student curatorial projects. The Lamont Gallery employs students as gallery proctors to assist with exhibition installations, publicity, workshops, and other gallery events. Many of these students are also members of our Student Curatorial Team and are involved in a variety of projects in the gallery and around campus.

Every May the Lamont Gallery hosts an annual student art exhibition and the space is transformed by artwork created by current Exeter students. The gallery also collaborates with departments across campus including The Academy Library, The Office of Multicultural Affairs, Student Activities, and the Exeter Student Service Organization to produce cultural events and programs from pop-up exhibition to staged readings and open mic nights.
