We meet on a regular basis to speak French and to explore French culture by watching French films and making French cuisine. Adviser: Ms. Fair
German Club
The German Club, "Der Deutsche Verein," meets weekly for dinner and conversation and holds a variety of special activities, including viewing current German films and hosting the annual spring "Bratwurstfest" cookout. All levels of language ability are welcome. Adviser: Mr. Reiter and Mr. Schieber
Italian Club
Exeter's one and only Italian Club! We meet Saturdays during lunch to talk and play all things Italian--a relaxed and fun way to learn a little or brush up on your Italian without a a big time commitment. Activities include movie nights and cooking nights. Benvenuto a tutti! Adviser: Mr. Reichin
Japan-America Society
For those who are interested in Japanese culture, custom, art, and lifestyle, the Japan-America Society is a great opportunity. Students or faculty members can get to know the real Japan by getting involved in Japanese activities such as cooking Japanese food, Origami paper folding, and trips to Japanese restaurants. Kirtland Society
The Kirtland Society's main purpose is to promote the study of the classical world and its literature. The society offers tutoring to Latin and Greek students and sponsors activities such as guest speakers, Certamen, and local field trips. Advisers: Mr. Unger
Spanish Club
The Spanish Club meets weekly for dinner and conversation in Spanish at Elm Street Dining Hall. Each dinner has a Spanish-speaking faculty member guest. In addition, the Spanish Club holds occasional special events, usually featuring movies and food. All levels are welcome. Adviser: Ms. Gosalves-Blanco
