Pamela Stuppy

Pamela Stuppy is a registered, licensed dietitian with private practice offices in York, ME, and Newington, NH.  She serves as the nutritionist for Exeter, consults to several other private high schools in the New England area, is a weekly columnist for several southern NH newspapers, and has taught a sports nutrition course at the University of New Hampshire.  She also provides nutrition education as the dietitian for Oakhurst Dairy. 

In addition to her current work experiences, she has done graduate research, written a book, and is a national speaker on the topic of osteoporosis.  Ms. Stuppy has also done presentations on sports nutrition for a variety of target audiences. 

Ms. Stuppy is past president of the Maine Dietetic Association and is involved in six specialty practice groups within the American Dietetic Association, including a Nutrition Therapist subgroup.

With over 25 years of experience in the field of nutrition, she has provided individual nutrition counseling, worked in hospital and nursing home settings, conducted group presentations on various topics of nutrition for community and professional organizations, formulated nutrition education programs, consulted to food service directors in both public and private schools, produced written materials for client use, as well as authored articles for local and regional professional publications.
