Chef's Corner

Executive Chef Patrick Brideau hosts monthly Chef’s Corner demonstrations and samplings in both dining halls, showing new ways of preparing, eating and thinking about foods.  This year he will do presentations on herbs, using herbs grown in the Wetherell herb garden; pond bass; caught by dining hall staff; squash; honey from local hives; mushrooms; beans; and peppers. Chef Pat enjoys working with students and often uses them to assist with the cooking and presentation of his topics.
