General Information

Registration will be limited to 26 participants who will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference fee of $1,000 covers all sessions, all course materials, meals and dormitory accommodations on campus. If you would like information regarding hotels in the area, please indicate so on the application.

In the event of cancellation by the participant, $900 will be refunded by April 15th, and $100 will be refunded up until June 1st. We cannot refund anything after June 1st. All foreign checks must be in U.S. dollars.

Fiancial Assistance

All grants will cover the cost of registration ($1000) and, in some cases, a travel stipend will be awarded. Financial assistance applications will be available on the website when you register in January. Applications will be reviewed on a weekly basis and recipients will be notified within two weeks of the receipt of the application.
