This site features extensive documentation on ITS supported software and services. If you can't find the answer to your question here, contact the ITS support desk using one of the methods below.

3. Call or stop by the ITS Support Desk.
September through June 3:
When classes are in session:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday class days 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
June 6-30: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

After Hours Support:
If the problem is not system-wide, please call 603-777-3693 and leave a message with a description of the problem and a number where you can be reached. A member of the ITS Support Desk will contact you the next business day.
If the problem is system-wide, such as no Internet service throughout an entire building or campus, a network resource such as ExeterConnect, Lionlinks or Campus Email is not available, please call Campus Safety at 603-777-4444 and they will contact a member of the ITS staff. When calling Campus Safety, provide the officer with your name and a number where you can be reached.Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
