Beginning in May of 2018, the Academy administration has been in direct communication with Phillips Exeter Alumni for Truth and Healing (PATH), an action group comprised of both alumni survivors of sexual abuse at PEA and their supporters in the alumni community.

In response to the Academy’s letter to the community in August 2018, PATH expressed concerns about the content of the reports and other shared materials regarding historical cases of sexual misconduct at the Academy, and engaged the Academy in dialogue about those concerns. Below are letters exchanged between PATH and PEA:
