Ashley Healy

Associate Director of The Exeter Fund

Ashley Healy

Ashley Healy joined The Exeter Fund team as an associate director in 2017. She is responsible for managing the fundraising volunteers in both reunion and non-reunion years for the classes of the 1980s and 1990s, as well as several of the 1950s. She was first introduced to the nonprofit world when she co-founded a fundraising software company in 2015 with the goal of helping nonprofit organizations automate their small-donor fundraising. While training organizations to use the software, she expanded her knowledge and expertise in development, which eventually led her to planning and executing campaigns for several nonprofits of various sizes and missions, including the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, Rhode Island Public Radio and Miss Porter’s School.

Ashley graduated from the Holderness School in 2004 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications at Saint Michael’s College. She spent one semester abroad with Syracuse University in Madrid, where she completed her minor in Spanish. Following graduation, she spent eight years working as a marketing professional for various Boston technology companies before discovering her passion for supporting nonprofits with the use of technology. Ashley lives in Amesbury with her husband, Matt, and her two sons, Parker and Cole. In her free time she enjoys Pilates, skiing, traveling, volunteering (for both of her alma maters) and spending time with her family.
