Ingrid Bryan

Manager of Advancement Operations

The Phillips Exeter Academy seal

Both my mother and father are retired college professors, and because of this, I spent my childhood growing up on a college campus. The campus was filled with opportunities to experience different cultures, as well as various creative outlets including art and music. Being lifelong educators, my parents loved teaching my siblings and me whenever they had the opportunity. I believe that is why one of my favorite parts of my job is mentoring others whenever I have the chance.

I moved to New Hampshire with my husband and three young children in 1997. I had the good fortune to join the Phillips Exeter Academy Office of Institutional Advancement in 2004. My children had many opportunities to engage with the Academy’s social service program, with students teaching them how to swim, play musical instruments and so much more. In many ways, they grew up with a campus community, just as I had.

As manager of advancement operations, I have been fortunate to work with a team of intelligent, creative and caring individuals. I enjoy the collaboration among those I partner with inside and outside of Institutional Advancement, helping to foster lifelong connections among the Academy and alumni, parents and friends.
