Yuna Evans

Admissions Counselor
Headshot of Yuna.

As an Exeter alum, I am so thrilled to be back at my second home! Over my four years at the Academy, my family moved from Pennsylvania, my home of 10 years, back to Connecticut. During this time, Exeter allowed and encouraged me to pursue a wide variety of interests, from ceramics and ice hockey to French and music.

After graduation, I attended Amherst College, where I double majored in biology and environmental studies. I was fortunate to spend one summer as a Taft Summer School teaching intern, solidifying my desire to return to a residential independent school. I very much look forward to fostering the same support that I received here at Exeter for the next generation of students.

In addition to my work in Admissions, I am a dorm parent in Dunbar and assistant coach of the girls junior varsity ice hockey team. My hobbies are frequently in flux; however, I always enjoy making and listening to music, knitting and bird watching.
