Welcome to the Phillips Exeter Academy Technology Resource Guide. On this site, you will find information on self-service password reset, computer requirements for the Academy, connectivity and finding your MAC address, printing services, and IT support.

Self Service Password Reset

Password Criteria:

Must be at least 8 characters (minimum of 15 is recommended)
Must contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, a number or symbol
Cannot be any part of your name
Cannot reuse passwords

Passwords expire every 120 days.

Your Exeter account gives you access to:

Adobe Creative Cloud – apps such as Acrobat, Premiere, etc.
Canvas Course sites for faculty and students
Canva – Graphics design site
Email – Outlook (Office 365)
Exeter Connect Community Directory and department sites
Google Workspace – when signing in, enter your Exeter email address and select Google Workspace.
