The Student Handbook contains important information about Summer School and is designed to answer many questions that parents and students may have about the program. Students will receive their own copy on Registration Day.  

The 2016 Student Handbook will be available in November.

Required for ALL students:

    (to be returned no later than May 1st)  

  • Medical Form - You received a Medical Form as part of the original acceptance packet.
  • Please Note: students will not be permitted to register without the proper medical information on file. To obtain a new copy of the Summer School Medical Form or for more information about PEA's Student Accident and Sickness Insurance policy, please visit the Health and Wellness office's website.
