TWO OR TEN PAYMENT INSTALLMENT PLAN
As an alternative to a single payment, we offer two or ten payment plans. If full payment of tuition and fees cannot be paid by July 1, parents must enroll in either a two or ten payment plan online and pay their installment payment by July 1. TUITION REFUND PROGRAM
Our Tuition Refund Program provides for a 75% refund of the unused paid portion of the annual tuition (excluding the non-refundable enrollment deposit paid and any financial aid awarded) in the event of a withdrawal, dismissal, or medical leave. See your Enrollment Contract for exclusions and terms.
This weekly linen service provided by E&R Laundry, includes the laundering of all Academy issued linen. Upon arrival at PEA, boarders will find in their room one laundry bag, four flat sheets, two pillowcases and six bath towels. Students who prefer to use their own personal sheets or towels can send those linens to E&R for laundering as well.
STUDENT HEALTH AND WELLNESS FEE
This inclusive fee provides our entire student body with 24/7 accessibility to the broad range of services provided by our team of health care professionals at the Lamont Health and Wellness Center at no additional cost. The services of health care professionals not on the staff of the Lamont Health and Wellness Center and annual physicals are not covered by this fee. Families will be charged for some stock medications and immunizations.
This fee includes access to the internet, a personal e-mail account, access to local and internal calling, printing, and access to an on-line computer training resource, Lynda.com.
STUDENT ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS INSURANCE PLAN
The Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan provides primary, 100% coverage up to $500,000 per accident/sickness for a broad range of medical services provided by specialists and hospitals, including laboratory, x-ray and pharmacy. The Plan features no deductibles or preauthorization, and covers a stduent for the Academic year. Parents with U.S. family health insurance plans with coverage acceptable to Phillips Exeter Academy may decline this Plan.
The Academy has partnered with E&R Laundry for a number of years to offer our boarding students weekly personal laundry service. Information about this service will be mailed in the summer.
