Biography
I grew up locally and spent a lot of free time in Exeter as a teenager. The Ioka and Friendly’s were favorite hangouts. I commuted to UNH from home and was fortunate to be able to spend many hours in the Academy library studying and meeting students from around the world.
Fast-forward about 15 years. I had just completed almost 12 years in the Air Force, originally starting as a traditional Air National Guardsman, and returned to this area with my husband and newborn son to look for a career close to home. How fortunate I was to find a position at the Academy in The Exeter Fund Office and then to be able to move to the Alumni Relations Office. I have been blessed to enjoy so many friendships across campus and to make so many connections with alumni and parents. I look forward to meeting many more alumni and parents over the coming years.
I live in Exeter with my husband, David, and our 60-pound black Lab mix named Dakota. We have two grown children, Bill and Kati, who live in Toronto, Canada, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina, respectively.
