Covid-19 Reunion Protocols

2021-2022 COVID-19 Reunion Protocols

Phillips Exeter Academy is committed to keeping our community and our reunion attendees as safe as possible. Below you will find the current protocols the Academy has adopted in order to provide a safe environment for reunion participation. These policies may be updated as conditions warrant.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we recognize that some reunion plans will need to be flexible as we adjust to changing CDC, local and campus guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our on-campus community and our alumni.

Accordingly, at this time, we have made some adjustments. Please read the following information carefully:

  • Exeter’s 2022 reunion programming is subject to change, based on CDC, local and campus guidelines.
  • In accordance with Exeter’s protocol, COVID-19 vaccination and booster (if eligible) will be required for all reunion attendees.
  • Registration will close one week before the start of the reunion.
  • We will be unable to accommodate walk-in registrations.
  • Access to campus facilities and campus programs may be limited.
  • Exeter will not offer a reunion children’s program.
  • Masks - PEA requires all visitors to campus, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks while inside our buildings.

We Can't Wait to See You

Reunions are an important part of the Exeter alumni experience and we want nothing more than to be able to welcome you and your classmates back to campus this spring. For more information and continued updates, please read more of our reunion website. Thank you for your patience, your understanding and your flexibility as we continue to adjust to this ever-changing environment.
