How to Find Your MAC Address

Xbox One:

  1. Turn on your console with no disc in the tray.
  2. When the user interface appears, select Settings.
  3. On the Settings screen, select Network.
  4. When the Network screen appears, the MAC address information will be located on the right side of the screen. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.

Playstation 4:

  1. On the Main Menu, scroll to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll down and select Network.
  3. Scroll and select View Connection Status.
  4. On this new screen, towards the bottom, the MAC address is listed for both Wi-fi and Ethernet. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.

Wii U:

  1. On the Wii U Main Menu, select System Settings.
  2. Select Internet.
  3. Select View MAC Address. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.

Xbox 360:

  1. Go to the System area of the Xbox Dashboard.
  2. Select Network Settings.
  3. Select Edit Settings.
  4. Select Additional Settings.
  5. Select Advanced Settings.
  6. Select Wireless Information. Your MAC address will be listed on this screen.  Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.

Amazon Echo:

  1. In the Alexa app, open the left navigation panel and then select Settings.
  2. Select your device and then select Update Wi-Fi.  OR if you're adding a new device to your account, select Set up a new device instead.
  3. On your Echo device, press and hold the Action button until the light ring changes to orange.  Your mobile device will then connect to your Echo device.
  4. Select any WI-FI network and scroll down on the screen until you see the MAC address. Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.

Google Home

  1. Connect your Google Home using bluetooth.
  2. Once connected begin the process to connect to Wi-Fi.
  3. Pick the room you are setting up the Google Home in.
  4. On the screen that says Connect to Wi-Fi, click on the three vertical dots at the top-right corner and click Show MAC Address.  Note the MAC address or take a screenshot.

 

Internet Enabled TV:

Due to the large number of internet enabled TVs, please refer to your TV's manual, the manufacturers website and/or search Google for instructions on how to locate your brand/model's MAC address.
